# Reports

Turns your local detection history into a document someone else will accept — an auditor, your security team, or your own records.

Available toAll plans

Free gets one basic Privacy summary a month

On the Free plan you can download one basic **Privacy summary** PDF per UTC calendar month. It is rudimentary, watermarked "not an audit record", and re-downloading the same month's summary doesn't use another. The allowance is kept on your account, so signing out, reinstalling or wiping local data doesn't reset it. Everything else on this page — compliance and technical reports, HTML, JSON and print exports, and the history and Activity exports — is part of Teams, with unlimited use for every member and admin.

Every full report lists the current text strictness setting (relaxed, standard or strict) and every change to it: when, from what, to what, and by whom or what source. It also lists any detection-history clears, with the date range cleared and who approved it.

Locke keeps your detection history on your machine until you set a retention limit. This page turns that history into whichever of four documents the person asking actually needs.

| Report | Written for | Contains |
| --- | --- | --- |
| Compliance report | Auditors, legal, insurers | Your detection history mapped to a specific privacy regime — HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA. |
| Technical report | IT and information security | Metrics, protection rate, data types, AI destinations, direction of exposure, daily activity, recommendations. |
| Detection & masking history | You, and anyone who wants the raw record | The event-by-event log, exportable as CSV or PDF. |
| Export all | Anyone who asked for 'everything' | All three of the above for one period, in a single file. |

_The Reports page: an Export all card with a period selector, then side-by-side Compliance report and Technical report cards each with their own options, and below them the Detection and masking history table listing five masked events._
